Humans, you had your turn at Orono Park Pool this summer… now it’s the dogs’ turn! 

We’re closing out the season by giving our four-legged residents their very own swim at Orono Park Pool! Friendly dogs of all sizes are invited to make a splash.

Here are a few things you must know before signing up:
 You must register in advance and show proof of rabies vaccination to enter the pool
 Your dog must be friendly with other dogs and people
 One adult aged 18 or older can bring a maximum of 2 dogs
 Only dogs will be allowed to swim in the pool (no humans, sorry!)
 Stairs are available for dogs, but no ramp
 Life-jackets are not mandatory but are encouraged
 Toys must stay at home

All proceeds from Paws in the Pool will go to Clarington Animal Shelter to support the amazing work they do caring for animals in our community.
