Every year around Remembrance Day, the village of Orono pays tribute to those who fought so hard for our freedom. In honour we proudly display banners with veterans through our downtown area. This year and for years to come these veterans will now be honoured by having a permanent place on our official web site. It is the least we can do to say Thank You.
Below are the names of those on our banners, click on a name to get the story behind a particular veteran. We would like to thank the Banner Committee for all their hard work.
