Mayor & Council Community BBQ @ Orono Park

FreeClarington Council is inviting members of the community to come together and celebrate the end of the summer season with a fun-filled afternoon at the 2025 Mayor & Council Community BBQ!
The BBQ will take place on Sunday, August 24, from noon to 3 p.m. at Orono Park (61 Princess Street, Orono).
Guests can enjoy:
A BBQ lunch served by Mayor Foster, Council members, and volunteers from the Newcastle Lions Club🏊🏽 FREE swimming at the Orono Park Pool
Meet and greet with Mayor Adrian Foster and members of Council
Inflatables, games, scavenger hunts, community booths and entertainmentNo registration is required, and the event is open to all Clarington residents. Food and activities are first-come, first-served—so come early and enjoy the day! Free parking is available at Orono Fair Grounds, with Kiss n’ Ride access only at Orono Park.
