SUMMARY:17th Annual Orono Antique Street Festival
DESCRIPTION:ORONO: Mark your calendar for Saturday\, August 8th\, 2026 as the 17th Annual Orono Antique Street Festival will be held on Main Street\, Orono\, 10am to 4pm\, rain or shine. \nOn August 8th \, Main Street in downtown Orono will be closed to traffic between 10am and 4pm to showcase the 17th Annual Orono Antique Street Festival. Residents and visitors alike will be treated to a great selection of antiques\, collectables\, vintage finds furniture\, military artefacts\, toys\, books\, jewellery\, art and so much more in this one day event. \nOnce again\, Orono Antique Market representative\, Allister Macrae has taken on the responsibility of organizing this year’s show. We have been informed by the organizers that this year’s Antique Street Festival has attracted 25 plus independent new and returning Antique Dealers\, who will be displaying their antiques and collectables on the street that day. In addition\, the local antique shops of Orono\, which include the Orono Antique Market and Main Thru Church Antique Mall will all be open for business with great in-store specials to celebrate this event. These two independent antique shops collectively represent approximately 11\,000 sq ft of retail space and are home to 25-30 antique dealers year-round. \nOrono has become quite the destination for Antique and Vintage shoppers. \nOnce festival goers have worked up an appetite they can grab a bite to eat at one of Orono’s local restaurants or outdoor food venues. \nOrono is located just off Hwy 115\, 6 minutes north of the 401 or 2 minutes south of the 407 which is now free from Brock Rd to Hwy 35/115 \nFor more information\, please contact Allister Macrae at: \nThe Orono Antique Market \n905-983-1122 \ninfo@oronoantiquemarket.ca
